Steel framing / Precision
Built to the millimeter.
Every stud, track and joist is roll-formed straight from the digital model to millimeter tolerances. Straight walls, square corners, repeatable every time.
The drawing is the part
With cold-formed steel, the model is not a suggestion. Each member is roll-formed on computer-guided machinery from the same digital model we design in, then cut, punched and labelled to spec before it leaves the shop. What arrives on site is a kit of parts that fits together exactly as drawn. There is no field measuring, no trimming to fit, no interpretation.
Where lumber drifts
Dimensional lumber is measured and cut by hand, board by board. It warps, cups and twists with moisture, and small errors compound as a wall goes up. The result is framing that is often out of level, plumb and square, and every trade that follows has to work around it. Steel does not move. A corner that reads 90 degrees in the model reads 90 degrees on the wall.
One chain, no drift
Precision holds because nothing is handed off. The same team carries your project from LiDAR scan to CAD/BIM model to CNC roll-forming, so the tolerances captured at the site survive all the way to the fabricated frame. No translation between vendors, no data lost between steps. What you design is what gets built.
In short
Design it once. Get it built exactly that way.
