First impressions built at an early age

Siblings Rosa and Mariano Velazquez developed their passion for construction at an early age. Their father, a general contractor, introduced them to job sites and encouraged them to spend time in the office, engaging in design work.

Together, they established a world-class design studio that has supported some of Los Angeles’ most esteemed architects in design and construction drawing production since 1999. In 2010, they founded Green Building by Design, Inc. to assist homeowners with their housing needs.

Since 2014, we have been a California Licensed General Contractor, dedicated to designing, remodeling, and building new homes throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
