Steel framing / Faster
The frame arrives ready to assemble.
Every member is cut, punched and labelled off-site from the digital model. What lands on site is a kit of parts, not raw stock to measure and cut. Framing goes up quickly and predictably, and the schedule compresses.
Speed comes from the model, not the crew rushing
Speed on site is decided before a single member ships. The same team that scans your site builds the digital model, and the model drives the roll-former directly. Because there are no hand-offs between design and fabrication, nothing is re-measured, re-drawn or reinterpreted. Every stud and track is produced to spec, so the crew assembles rather than fabricates.
A kit of parts, cut and labelled to spec
Members arrive pre-cut to length, pre-punched for services, and labelled to match the drawings. Assembly follows the plan piece by piece, the way flat-pack follows its diagram. There is little cutting, little sorting and little waste, and far less room for the errors that stall a wood frame.
Predictable, not just quick
Fast only helps if it holds. Steel members are dimensionally stable, so they don't warp, swell or move between delivery and install. What was true in the model stays true in the wall. Fewer surprises mean fewer callbacks and less rework, and a build timeline you can plan trades and inspections around with confidence.
In short
Pre-cut, pre-punched and labelled off-site. Framing goes up quickly and predictably, compressing the build schedule.
