Via Campesina is a two-story single-family home with a basement, for which Velazquez produced as-built drawings from a LiDAR 3D scan.
This two-story single-family residence sits over a full basement, with crawl space inspections used to record its existing structural conditions. Velazquez delivered a complete as-built set covering the site plan, basement plan, first and second floor plans, roof plan, and elevations as DWG and PDF.
