Valley Drive came to us as a dated Hermosa Beach home that no longer matched the way its owners wanted to live. We took on a major renovation, reworking the interior layout and rebuilding the home from the structure out to open up the plan, draw in natural light, and give every room a clear sense of purpose. The result is a residence that feels calm, current, and unmistakably coastal.
As a design-build studio, we carried the project from first sketch through final punch list under one roof, holding a single standard of craft across architecture, construction, and finish. We paired durable, high-quality materials with a restrained palette so the spaces read clean without feeling cold, and integrated modern systems and smart-home technology to keep the home efficient and easy to live in.
The finished house is the kind of quiet transformation we love: a home that honors its South Bay setting while delivering the comfort, light, and flow of new construction.
