The Strand

Set along Manhattan Beach's celebrated Strand, this project reimagined the primary bedroom of a coastal home as a calm, light-filled retreat. Working within the existing footprint, we reworked the suite from the ground up, refining the proportions and finishes so the space feels at ease with the ocean just beyond the glass.

Our focus was on quiet luxury: a restrained, coastal palette, clean architectural lines, and carefully chosen materials that let natural light do the heavy lifting. Every detail was executed by our own skilled tradesmen, with the same attention to craft and smart-home integration we bring to a full home build, scaled to the intimacy of a single, important room.

The result is a master suite that reads as a true sanctuary: polished, restful, and unmistakably of its place, where the rhythm of the beach and the comfort of home meet.
