Firmona Avenue

Firmona Avenue was a dated Redondo Beach home carried through a complete, top-to-bottom renovation. We reworked the heart of the house first, rebuilding the kitchen with clean modern finishes and a layout that finally let the space breathe, then carried that same restraint into the living areas and the secondary bath. Every room was taken back to its bones and brought forward with a calmer, more confident material palette.

The most ambitious move happened at the rear of the property, where we added new square footage and reimagined the connection between the interior and the garden. A rear addition and reconfigured patio gave the home an outdoor room that flows naturally from the living spaces, exactly the kind of indoor-outdoor living the South Bay is built for.

We managed the project from existing conditions through proposed renderings, framing, and final finishes, holding the design intent steady at each phase. The result is a home that reads as a single, considered whole rather than a series of updates: lighter, more open, and grounded in the quality and craft we bring to every build.
