Chabela Drive

On Chabela Drive, we took a tired Manhattan Beach residence down to its bones and rebuilt it as a light-filled, modern home. Working from rendered concepts through to the finished interiors, we reimagined every room in the house, opening up the kitchen and living areas, reworking the master suite, and refreshing the secondary bedrooms so the entire plan feels generous, connected, and effortless to live in.

The renovation reached every corner of the home. We rebuilt the kitchen as the heart of the house, redesigned three bathrooms and the powder room, reframed the staircase as a clean architectural moment, and carried a consistent, contemporary material palette throughout. Outdoors, a reworked front porch and rear patio extend the living space and reinforce the indoor-outdoor ease that defines life in the South Bay.

The result is a complete reinvention, a home that bears no resemblance to where it started. By guiding the project from design through construction under one roof, we delivered a cohesive, high-quality result the family can settle into for years to come.
