Avenue F is a two-story single-family residence documented ahead of a renovation, where the architect and engineer needed a complete set of as-built plans. Velazquez delivered a full drawing package covering the site plan, first and second floor plans, roof plan, elevations, cross sections, foundation plan, and roof framing plan as DWG and PDF.
