165th Street
A ground-up single-family residence in Lawndale, designed and built from the studs to deliver a modern, light-filled home on a previously underused lot.
165th Street is a new single-family residence we designed and built from the ground up in Lawndale. Starting from a bare lot, we handled the project end to end (site planning, architecture, and construction) to make the most of the parcel and shape a home that lives larger than its footprint suggests. Our floor plans organized the house around clean, efficient circulation and generous daylight, giving everyday rooms room to breathe.
Because we design and build under one roof, the home came together with a tradesman's precision and a designer's eye. We carried the architectural intent straight through to the framing and finish work, coordinating our crews and skilled trades so the details landed exactly as drawn. That control over the full process let us keep timelines tight and quality high, from foundation to final walkthrough.
The result is a crisp, contemporary residence that reads quiet and confident on the street while opening up to comfortable, well-proportioned living inside. 165th Street reflects the way we like to work, taking a project from an empty lot to a finished home, with every decision owned and every line resolved.
