10th Street is a two-story single-family home for which Velazquez produced as-built drawings from a LiDAR 3D scan.
This two-story single-family residence was documented ahead of a planned renovation. Velazquez delivered a complete as-built set covering the site plan, floor plans for both levels, roof plan, elevations, and cross-sections, including attic inspections to capture the concealed existing structure for the design and engineering team.
