First impressions built at an early age

From an early age, my sister Rosa and I developed a deep passion for construction. Our father, a general contractor, brought us onto job sites and encouraged us to spend time in the office, where we learned the fundamentals of design, drafting, and project delivery.

Over the years, we built a world‑class design studio that has supported some of Los Angeles’ most respected architects with design development and construction‑drawing production since 1999. In 2010, we founded Green Building by Design, Inc. to help homeowners navigate their housing needs with clarity and confidence.

Since 2014, we have operated as a California‑licensed General Contractor, dedicated to designing, remodeling, and building new homes throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
