When Rosa’s father took her to job sites at various stages of construction, she found herself most drawn to the final finishing phase.
With drafting and modeling skills developed in high school, she pursued architecture, earning her degree in Mexico City. She later worked for a rapidly growing supermarket chain, overseeing the development of shopping centers in northern Mexico.

In California, Rosa worked with residential architects, coordinating projects from preliminary design through governmental approval. She later established her own design practice, successfully completing residential remodels and new home projects. Together with her brother Mariano, she has developed larger and more intricate designs. She is currently an architectural candidate in California.
Rosa’s strengths include expertise in architectural and planning codes, a caring and attentive approach with clients, and exceptional negotiation skills when working with government officials. Her goal for the company is to provide the highest level of service to clients while delivering high-quality designs.
