While in high school, Mariano had the opportunity to design an elliptical arch for a construction project where his father served as the general contractor. This experience sparked his interest in applied mathematics.
In 1994, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with Magna Cum Laude honors. Over the next four years, he worked in management for a national retailer, where he excelled in developing and implementing efficient systems while thriving in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
This experience proved to be excellent training for his future in construction. In 1999, Mariano joined his sister Rosa and established a CAD system for home design. He quickly mastered the latest 3D design tools and, by 2001, became a trainer for a software reseller, delivering courses to clients such as Walt Disney Imagineering.
Mariano’s goal for the company is to create and implement effective, efficient methods for designing and building custom homes.
