High quality designs architectural and planning codes
When Rosa’s father brought her to job sites during different construction stages, she appreciated the final finishes stage the most.
With drafting and modeling skills acquired in high school, she enrolled in architecture school and became an architect in Mexico City. She worked in a fast-growing supermarket chain developing shopping centers in northern Mexico.
In California she worked with residential architects where she coordinated projects from preliminary design through governmental approval. She started her own practice as a designer and has carried out residential remodels and new homes. With her brother Mariano, she has developed bigger and more elaborate designs. She is an architectural candidate in California.
Rosa’s strengths are: architectural and planning codes; caring, gentle and excellent listening skills with clients; she is an effective negotiator with government officials. Rosa’s goal for the company is to provide the best service for our clients and deliver high quality designs.
